Gloucester Quays Restaurants – Old and New Ones

Coal Grill and Bar, Gloucester

Gloucester Quays is a picturesque area. No wonder, that many pubs and restaurants were opened here.
Some of the venues have been opened here for years (like Nando’s), the others are quite new (like Bill’s). These restaurants are suitable for tourists, who need to know more about Gloucester, who want to see the new dimension to the other inns and pubs in the town.

  1. Bill’s
    Bill's, Gloucester

The venue was opened not long ago. The visitors come here regularly as there the best breakfast in the town is served. A bid bowl of porridge and a big glass of orange juice – the portions are quite big here, so you can be sure, you will have enough energy to work in your office or to look about the town, if you are a tourist.

The restaurant is roomy and light inside. It is pleasant to spend some time here in a company with your friends or with your child. By the way, children’s menu is affordable here, so your kid will be happy to have dinner with you here too.

It’s a pity, but this place is not ideal. There are the following drawbacks. First of all, Bill’s is quite pricy. Visitors here say, that food is tasty, but it is not worth the money you are asked to pay. In fact 10% of your bill is taken for the service here. This option is contradictory, most of clients tell, it seems unfair to take money for the service automatically as the staff has to earn this amount, not just take it in any case. Nevertheless, the staff is great here and the ambience is cozy.
